What is your return policy?

As a small business selling perishable products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

We are not responsible for the damage or loss of packages due to the unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft.
We're unable to change the address or cancel an order once the order has been placed.
Photos of damaged items and shipping slips to process a replacement required if product arrives damaged.
